Amanda is the Director of Business Operations at Beck’s Shoes. Her role at the company is multifaceted, but her primary goal is to find and build efficiencies into business processes in order to increase overall profitability. Her career background has always been based in retail, however she attests that she “really grew up here at Beck’s Shoes”. She started at Beck’s during college, as she earned her BS in Accounting at Golden Gate University. Little did she know the integral role she would someday play when she first started out at the Beck’s New Balance concept store!

She is the mother of three beautiful babies, Mason, Ava, and Danny, describing them lovingly as “the apples of my eye and thorns in my side”! Her time away from work revolves around her family, adventures, and laundry! It is her family who inspires her and motivates her to continue on the pursuit of becoming the best version of herself. She describes this as learning to accept who she is, as well as leaning into her strengths and forgiving her weaknesses. She takes pride in her personal markers of success, and strives to meet them every day. She loves her role at Beck’s Shoes and is grateful to enjoy the company of the people she works with every day, as well as those who lead her to fulfill her role and contribute to the consumer experience and the success of Beck’s as a whole. Amanda is a true team player and a valued member of the company!
