This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.beckshoes.com (the “Site”).

• Your Profile (including your product Reviews, Recommendations, Reminders and personal profile);

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We do not rely on the Privacy Shield but continue to keep to the commitments below that we made when we certified to the Privacy Shield.

As explained in our privacy policy we may sometimes provide personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf. If we transfer personal information received under the Privacy Shield to a third party, the third party’s access, use, and disclosure of the personal information must also be in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations, and we will remain liable under the Privacy Shield for any failure to do so by the third party unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

B. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT

This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page (“Disclosure”) supplements the Beck’s Shoes Privacy Notice and is effective as of May 20, 2022. The Beck’s Shoes Privacy Notice describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it. These additional disclosures are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act:

1. Categories of personal information collected. The personal information that we collect, or have collected from consumers in the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, fall into the following categories established by the California Consumer Privacy Act, depending on which of our service is used:

  • identifiers such as your name, alias, address, phone numbers, or IP address;
  • personal information, such as a credit card number;
  • age, gender, or other protected classifications, for example if you create a child profile or baby registry;
  • commercial information, such as purchase activity;
  • geolocation data, such as the location of your device or computer;

3. Right to Request Access to or Deletion of Personal Information: You may have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act to request information about the collection of your personal information by us, or access to or deletion of your personal information. If you wish to do any of these things, please contact Customer Service. Depending on your data choices, certain services may be limited or unavailable. If you do not have an account, or if you are an authorized agent under CCPA, please contact Customer Service.

4. No sale of personal information. In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Disclosure, we have not sold any personal information of consumers, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

5. No Discrimination. We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. 12. CHANGES
