Julia is the Chief Operating Officer at Beck’s Shoes. Her passion and dedication over nearly 29 years is in direct relationship to the success of the company as a whole, as her unbridled investment has contributed to the exponential growth of the family business, helping to take Beck’s from a small business with storefronts in the single digits and locations in just two states, to a thriving corporation that now operates in six states with an impressive 25 Locations! Her excitement over collaborating ideas and pursuing common goals feeds the machine that is Beck’s Shoes! In 2022 she was honored, alongside her cousin and business partner, Adam, to receive an “Inc. 5000” award, naming Beck’s Shoes among the top 5000 fastest growing businesses in America. She was gratified to see Beck’s earn a Gold Medal Service award from Footwear Insight, dubbing the company “#1 in the nation” for outstanding customer service. Multiple feature articles in prominent magazines have been the crowning accomplishment of her very fulfilling career so far. Julia also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Shoe Retailers Association (NSRA).

 Outside of work, Julia finds joy and gratification in her husband, sons and stepdaughter. She is a Bay Area native, but currently enjoys a rural life with her family in Gilroy, California. Along with her faith, she is motivated to be her best self by their encouragement and love. She is grateful that they appreciate her drive and passion for her career and feels buoyed by their limitless support. She lives by the quote “We rise by lifting others”, and she is unfailing in her pursuit to empower, embolden, inspire and support those in her orbit!
