With a 15 year history in sales and management, including nine years at “The Walking Company“ and six years at “Helzberg Diamonds“, Toni is an experienced member of the Beck’s Shoes collective. She serves as a team leader at the Union Avenue store in San Jose, California, as well as District Manager of California’s South Bay Area. She takes pride in her role at Beck’s and the learning and growth it facilitates in her life. In addition to her career, she is a doting mother and grandmother, and enjoys spending time pursuing various interests with them. She is thrilled to encourage her grandson in his hip-hop classes, and loves crafting with her daughters; making holiday wreaths, and even joining them creatively with a home nail salon. She takes weekly Aztec dance classes and loves to perform at ceremonies. Toni believes, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you”, and spends each day working to become the best version of herself and an asset to others. She is a valued team member here at Beck’s and we are grateful for her service!
