Julia Beck-Gomez has been a part of Beck’s Shoes her entire life, growing up within the family business. As the Chief People and Integrations Officer, she brings years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how the company has evolved over time. Starting in 1994, Julia worked closely with her grandfather, father, uncle, and cousin, helping shape Beck’s Shoes into the thriving business it is today.

Throughout her journey, Julia has held various roles, each time expanding her skills and commitment to the company’s mission. She played a key role in transitioning Beck’s Shoes from an industrial retailer to a lifestyle and athletic brand, always staying true to the company’s core values.

As COO, Julia’s intimate knowledge of the business’s operations and culture allows her to drive both innovation and efficiency. She’s known for combining strategic vision with practical solutions, ensuring the company remains forward-thinking while grounded in its principles.

Under Julia’s leadership, Beck’s Shoes has expanded from a small operation with a few stores in California to a successful company with 25 locations across six states and four mobile units. Her efforts, alongside her cousin Adam, have earned Beck’s Shoes a spot on the “Inc. 5000” list for three consecutive years (2022, 2023, and 2024), recognizing it as one of the fastest-growing businesses in America. Beck’s has also received the “#1 in the nation” Gold Medal Service award from Footwear Insight Magazine for outstanding customer service.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with her family on their 2.5-acre property in Gilroy, offering a peaceful rural life while still being close to Silicon Valley. She is actively involved in her community, serving in children’s ministry and mentoring the next generation of leaders at Beck’s Shoes.
