Erick has been with Beck’s for eleven years and has worn many hat’s during his career! He serves as Distribution Lead, Mobile Store Lead and works in Industrial Sales. He leads the warehouse team with all shipping and receiving, as well the drivers for deliveries and mobile stores. Additionally, he is an integral part of the industrial account management and sales team. He brings a wealth of experience in retail and sales, and prides himself on customer service! He embodies the pride of hard work that Beck’s has come to be known to foster in its employees, as he’s worked his way up from part-time to full-time to assistant manager, and currently to a valued leadership position at the company. He’s proven himself to be flexible and dependable and a true asset to the team, even winning the prestigious Ole P. Beck award! Beck’s is a better place because of his service!

Erick is also a devoted father of two, Jayden and Zoe. They are his “main reasons for keeping this train on the rails”! He works hard to provide his family and children the most comfortable and exciting life possible! He also spends time dancing, drawing, and finding new ways of making his kids laugh. He’s always looking for a way to leave a mark and is proud to be part of the Beck’s team, as he continues to learn, grow and contribute to the well being of the company. He is motivated to continue on his pursuit of personal growth in mindset, professionalism, and leadership. He aims to cultivate a fast paced, flexible team that aids in the support of the team members on the sales floor, ensuring that stock is available and the Beck’s consumer has an incredible shopping experience.
