Dan is Director of Industrial Operations at Beck’s Shoes. He oversees new commercial accounts, maintenance on existing commercial accounts, coordination of mobile distribution teams, as well as sales reporting metrics. He is integral to the success of the outside industrial division, new store acquisition logistics and store operational maintenance. He began his career at Beck’s in 2001, where he started in stock work. He has amassed over 20 years of critical work experience, where he has learned the inner workings of the company and worked his way up the ranks, moving from the sales floor to upper management, where he now holds the title of Director of the Industrial Division. 

His industry related accomplishments include an impressive number of leadership awards, including the Ole P. Beck award.

He is proud and grateful to be married to Stephanie, who he credits as his inspiration to become his best self. Together they have three amazing sons, Zachary, Xander, and Calvin. Their family is completed by a Chihuahua terrier named Ford. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and road trips, building and working on his family home, as well as the adrenaline of fast cars and races! That same passion is a driving force in his contributions at Beck’s. He enjoys the thrill of playing a part in the unique customer experience offered at the company he has dedicated his life to.
