Addison loves investing in the growth of Beck’s Shoes Team Members as well as enhancing the customer experience in the process. He has been contributing to the family business for over 15 years!

When asked in school what he might like to do when he grew up he said, “I don’t know, but I probably don’t want to be in the family business.” His father, Blaine, encouraged him to find his place in the world and vowed, “I’ll support you, whatever you do”. As years went on Addison enjoyed world travel and dabbled in various occupations, including that of a barista and certified massage therapist, but ultimately found himself enjoying retail at a company called C28 in South San Jose where he was born and raised. This experience sparked a previously untapped passion and Addison found himself pouring his energy into the family business after all!

Currently, he resides in Gilroy and enjoys investing his time with his wife and 3 kids, as well as his siblings, nieces, and nephews. He puts great emphasis on quality family time, and enjoys sharing meals (especially Thai food and street tacos!), playing games, and being active (particularly playing indoor volleyball with his 11 year old son). He also enjoys playing guitar and piano, but, more than anything, loves to sing, especially worship music at church, and everywhere, all the time.

He believes “Change is an opportunity for growth!” And leans upon that ideal as he continues to grow in his career. Addison is a valued representative of the company and a proud member of the fifth generation of Beck’s to help advance the family-owned and operated business!
