ORDER STATUS
Q: My order is showing “On Hold.” What does that mean?
A: Your order is currently being reviewed to confirm that all items are available.
Once everything is confirmed, your status will change to Processing and our team will start preparing your package for shipment.
Q: My order is showing “On Hold” — has my payment card been charged?
A: At this stage, your card hasn’t been fully charged yet, but there is a temporary authorization (hold) on the funds.
Once your order moves to Processing, the charge will be captured.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, the authorization will be released automatically by your bank and no charge will be applied.
Q: My order status shows “Pending.” What does that mean?
A: Great news! Your items are confirmed in stock, and our team is busy preparing your package for shipment.
Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we’re focused on serving customers within the continental United States and do not ship internationally.
Beck’s Shoes is an independent, family-owned U.S. retailer and is not affiliated with any overseas footwear brands that use a similar name or logo (DBECK / LDECK), and we do not manufacture or sell the shoes pictured on those sites. We are also not affiliated with the separately owned Beck’s Shoes stores in Salinas and Monterey, California.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Right now, we don’t offer upgraded or expedited shipping options at checkout, but most orders ship within our standard processing and carrier timeframes.
Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?
A: At this time, we’re only able to ship to physical street addresses within the continental United States. We’re not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: At this time, we’re only able to ship within the continental U.S.
We don’t currently offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, but we’re actively reviewing our carrier options and rates.
We appreciate your interest and hope to expand our service areas in the future.
PAYMENTS
Q: Can I use an FSA or HSA card to make a purchase?
A: We’re not able to accept FSA or HSA cards directly at checkout.
However, many of our comfort and medical-friendly products may qualify for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA plan.
You can usually submit your order confirmation and receipt to your FSA/HSA provider.
For specific requirements, please check with your plan administrator.
Q: Can I use an international credit card to place an order?
A: At this time, we can only accept credit and debit cards issued by U.S.-based banks.

Q: Can I use Beck's Shoes Gift Cards on BeckShoes.com website?
A: At this time, we DO NOT accept Beck’s Shoes Gift Cards Online. We do accept Beck’s Shoes Gift Cards In-Store!

RETURNS
Q: How do I return an item?
A: We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original box/packaging.

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: When will I see my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know it has arrived and whether it’s been approved.
If approved, your refund is processed back to your original form of payment within 7–10 working days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
