Celebrating Our “Free UGGs for Life” Winner & an Unforgettable Grand Opening
Santa Cruz — you showed UP.
Our Grand Opening celebration was everything we hoped for and more. The community turned out in droves, lining up well before the doors even opened, wrapping around the building and bringing an energy that carried through the entire day.
And the support didn’t stop there.
Since opening, our Santa Cruz Superstore has stayed busy, with members of this beautiful community continuing to show up, shop local, and support our newest location with the same enthusiasm and love we felt on opening day. We’re incredibly grateful.
The Moment You’ve Been Waiting For: Our “Free UGGs for Life” Winner
As part of the Grand Opening festivities, we hosted our Free UGGs for Life raffle — and the response was incredible. Hundreds of guests entered for a chance to win, and from all those entries, we’re excited to finally share our winner.
Congratulations to Sherril Wiechmann!
Sherril’s name was pulled at the Grand Opening event, selected randomly by Beck’s Shoes CEO, Adam Beck, alongside an anonymous volunteer from the crowd. She returned to the store on Thursday, December 18, to officially receive her prize — and her excitement said it all.
So much so, that Sherril didn’t leave empty-handed.
She ended up heading home with three pairs of UGGs right away and snapped a few celebratory photos with our store team to mark the moment! It was such a fun reminder of what this giveaway — and this day — was all about.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the love and support we’ve felt from the Santa Cruz community — from the morning line on Grand Opening Day to the continued visits weeks later.
