At the heart of our Milpitas location is Samantha Soliday, our Store Team Leader. Samantha has worked across nearly every Beck’s Shoes location in the Bay Area, bringing her experience, warmth, and leadership to each store she’s supported. Her approach to Milpitas is grounded in optimism, integrity, and a deep belief in what this store can become.
Whether she’s helping a customer find the perfect pair of work boots or guiding her team through a busy weekend, Samantha leads with care and consistency. She’s known for her calm presence, her attention to detail, and her ability to make every customer feel heard.
Among her team is Julian Guardiola, a standout team member whose product knowledge and thoughtful service have earned him praise from customers across the region. Julian is especially known for his ability to connect with people, listen closely, and guide them toward the right footwear without pressure — just honest, helpful support.
